Analyzing the Syrian Prime Minister Government of 2020
On June 11, 2020, Bashar Al-Assad issued Decree No. 143, relieving Engineer Imad Khamis from his post, and assigning Engineer Hussein Arnous the duties of the Prime Minister in addition to his duties. On August 25, Decree No. 210 of the year 2020 was issued mandating engineer Hussein Arnous to form the ministry in the Syrian Arab Republic. This interactive report enables the user to get an idea of the sectarian, regional, and partisan distribution of ministers and how the sovereign weight is distributed based on these different factors. It also gives an idea of the size of sanctions and the distribution of loyalties among members of the government.
